System testing, adjusting and balancing is the process of checking and adjusting the Air Condition and Ventilation Plant to produce the design objectives. It includes:

• Balance of air.

• Adjustment of total system to provide design quantities.

• Electrical measurement.

• Verification of performance of all equipment and automatic controls.

• Measurements of noise if demanded in specifications, and then according to specification.
